This past weekend (11/11!) I made my long overdue return to the Boston nightlife/club scene, specifically to "Wonderland", which is a weekly party hosted by my good friends over at White Rabbit. As much as I hate Dubstep (seriously, how in the holy hell do you dance to that shit?)- it was really nice to see everyone for what felt like the first time in ages.

A lot of people have been asking how my father (who was recently diagnosed with liver cancer) is doing. I've said it before and I'll say it again- it means so, so, so, SO much to me and to my family how supportive and helpful everyone has been. Truly. I'm at a loss for words.
But here I am getting sidetracked. He's hanging in there (as much as he can, really). I recently went with him to support him during (and drive his very sedated ass home) following a series of tests, where I was blown away by how he managed to keep his sense of humor intact- even after getting a very painful biopsy.

You are a fucking WARRIOR, dad. I love you so much and I'm so proud of you.
Of course, all donations of prayers/good thoughts/loving vibes for my dad's swift (and painless) treatment and recovery are still being accepted. He can use as much as he can get right now.
I've got to go catch up on schoolwork, and then from there- I'm going to attempt to catch up on sleep since I've felt like more of a zombie than the ones on "The Walking Dead" (sans craving the taste of human flesh, of course) lately.
Thanks again, everyone!
'Til next time!
