I think I'm still buzzing from all the excitement and energy that surrounded Betsey Johnson's Boston fashion show this past Saturday night. Between the knock-out wardrobe, the pink, well- everything- and getting a chance to pose on the catwalk myself- I had such a wonderful time!
The turn-out was unbelievable. I'm beyond thrilled that so many people came out to support and raise money for the South End Community Health Center's Breast Cancer Awareness Program.
The organization is still holding a contest for a chance to win a brand new Fiat in one of 9 colors. Raffle tickets are $50 a piece, with the proceeds going to benefit the Breast Cancer Awareness Program, of course. CLICK HERE TO ENTER.
The winner will be drawn on October 31st!

During the show, one of the last models to hit the runway was wearing a dress that I immediately fell in love with. We're talking "have to own it A.S.A.P." type of love, which I suppose is more lust than love- but who cares? It was too pretty for words! I took some time today to do a little research over at Betsey's website, and found it. Ladies and gentlemen, I present the Rosella Strapless Dress.

I also stumbled upon Betsey's limited edition Halloween inspired jewelry on the site, and even though I'm absolutely terrified of spiders- I would wear this Spider Charm Cuff Bracelet in a heartbeat. It's so unique.
I need to stop browsing for now, though. The temptation to go on a bit of a shopping spree is kicking in and I have to resist the urge!

On a non-fashion related note- HOLY SHIT at the season premiere of "The Walking Dead" last night! I don't think I ever yelled at my TV in surprise and/or horror more than I did during the last 40 seconds of the episode.
And Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) is a legit bad ass all-purpose utility hillbilly. Every time Rick and Shane said to split up, I'd be the first one shouting "I'm on Daryl's team!"
I suppose I can kiss my Sunday nights goodbye again. Thanks a lot, AMC.
