Last weekend I stopped by Stef & Co. apartment for what I dubbed the "God Damnit, Summer is Almost Over" cookout. It was nice seeing everyone, as well as meeting a few new, very fun people. The food was good, I had my very first pumpkin beer (which was delicious), and afterwards- we had an impromptu dance party in Stef's living room until it started getting late and some of us started to head home for the night.
Nights like that make me wish it would stay Summer forever.
My cousin Paige is staying with me for the next few days for a visit before she heads back to school. We're having ourselves a night of retail therapy later on today, and then tomorrow we're heading up to New Hampshire for a while. Should be fun!
'Til then, I've got to work in the morning.
